Learn the causes of heartache

The heart is an involuntary muscle that is distinguished from the rest of the muscles by the fact that it creates the potential difference by itself as it does not need an external stimulus, in addition to that it is located in the center of the chest area tilted towards the left side, where blood is pumped through the blood vessels throughout the body, so the oxidized blood is transported and drawn from it Waste and carbon dioxide, which is a wonderful muscle, where a hundred thousand beats pulse a day, and the whole blood is pumped from four to five times per minute, and about two thousand gallons per day. The heart consists of four rooms, the upper two and are called the atria that receive the blood, and the two rooms The lower extremities are called ventricles, which pump blood. It also nourishes the coronary arteries that extend over the surface of the heart to supply it with oxygen. It is nerve-fed by a group of nerves that pass through it to regulate the pulse of contraction and diastole.

Causes of heartache:
There are many causes for heart pain, but we will present some of these reasons:
 Coronary artery disease:
As the blockage of the cardiovascular system reduces the delivery of blood and oxygen to the heart muscle itself, and this causes pain called angina, which is a symptom of heart disease, and usually does not cause permanent muscle failure, and this indicates the possibility of a heart attack in the future, and this pain It can extend to the hand, shoulder, palate, or even the back, where the patient may feel a feeling of pressure or heaviness on the chest, and this angina is stimulated by fatigue, increased enthusiasm, or psychological pressure, and it reduces or even hides the rest.

 Myocardial infarction:
As the persistence of low blood supply to the heart muscle leads to the death of the muscular heart cells, and their pain is similar to the pain of angina, but it is more painful described as crushing and is in the middle of the chest or tilted to the left side and does not go with rest, and this pain is accompanied by excessive sweating, tightness or breath, General weakness in the body.

Myocarditis:
In addition to chest pain, myocarditis is accompanied by a rise in temperature, general fatigue, an acceleration of the heartbeat, and trouble breathing, although there is no interruption in the ischemia of the heart, but the symptoms of carditis may be similar to the symptoms of angina and infarction.
Cystitis:
There are similar symptoms of angina pectoris, and it is usually acute pain, steady in its amount, along the neck and shoulders, and will worsen with breathing, swallowing food, or lying on the back.

Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy:
It is a genetic disease that causes an abnormal growth of the heart muscle to make it thicker, and this negatively affects the perfusion of the heart, and its symptoms are chest pain, shortness of breath when stress, and with the passage of time it is possible that a heart failure may occur when the muscle is overly enlarged. And it is difficult to pump blood from the heart to the rest of the body. Chest pain is accompanied by some other symptoms, such as dizziness, fainting, and other symptoms of heart failure.

 Mitral valve relaxation:
It is a pathological condition in which the mitral valve fails to completely close, and has a wide range of symptoms that include chest pain, palpitations in the heart, and dizziness, and it is possible that this disease will not be accompanied by any symptoms, especially if the relaxation is minor, and coronary artery dissection, It is caused by a group of rare but fatal factors, so the patient feels a sharp torn chest pain that extends to the neck, back, or even the abdomen.
